Hattingley Valley Cuvee Brut Missing NetSuite ID and 10% Hampden HCLF agedHattingley Classic Reserve NV is a blend 53% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier. It is based on the 2015 vintage, with 23% reserve wine added to the blend before secondary fermentation. 19% of the blend was barrel fermented in old white Burgundy barrels, and partial malolactic fermentation took place. The wine spent 3 years on the lees and was disgorged with a dosage of 7 g l. Pale gold in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, this
