The top is made with a super soft and nylon stretchy material, with 3 clasps at the closuremaking for easy bathroom breaks. With 3 layers of tulle there isn't any need for shorts underneath. Our tulle is soft to the touch, with lots of movement. You could always fluff it up with a little steamer without damaging the fabric.
