I noticed the light shining on this wall providing the shadow

I headed to Sloans Lake for some afternoon light on a November afternoon

I spent a couple of afternoons photographing in this area

I once again walked by this building

the waves of the water give some hint of the location and let the viewer start to imagine the location and their own thought on the scene itself

Shadows in the Sand Abstract I noticed the light shiningI made a third trip into the sand dunes at Death Valley National Park at sunrise during my time at the park and was treated with some direct light which gave the deep shadows in the sand. With an earlier in the week wind storm as well as a more remote area in the sand dunes I found may areas without footprints giving the texture of the sand blown into this appearance by the wind.
