The subtle texture from an Elk Antler has been imprinted onto these earrings from an elk living in the Canadian Rocky Mountain town of Canmore

This tree was one I knew well as it was my landmark to start and finish my run along the river trail loop as it grew with a substantial lean toward the water and was easily recognizable

The coal for these earrings has been coated with a water based clear coat to prevent pigment transfer
