Our host sat in front of the roaster and shared a small sample of his batch in progress. Roasting is a finishing step that can fine tune the harvest and bring heartwarming nuttiness to the infusion. In this batch of Frozen Summit, we are particularly drawn to the aroma of firewood and a gentle piney sweetness that lingers on the palate.
