Below the rim in the open spaces between "V's" are two large dogs and the letter "A" (In one of the spaces there is a single wolf with its tail raised along with a dog)

It is missing a pair of drops with tiny cones on one side of the cap and the two drops at the bottom are missing their cones

I don't know who made it but it is a wonderful small model and will look good on a desk or shelf

The colors are rich and the painting is beautifully rendered. He painted in egg tempera with oil glazes. He grew up among Plains Indians, living with the Sioux at one time, and devoted himself to the study of the culture and history of the Plains Indians. He actively collected rare and important objects of the Plains Indians and his collection is displayed in an area of the Buffalo
