Alvin Sterling Silver Floral Bread Dish / Serving Bowl handle Its smallest bead is 7Presented is a fine sterling silver bread dish or oval serving bowl made by Alvin for Black, Starr & Frost. The rim is decorated with a pretty, high relief border of flowers and leaves. This decoration is all cast separately and applied. The center of the bowl is engraved with MS in an elegant script. The underside of the dish is marked with a makers mark for Alvin, which has been stamped over with the retailers mark for Black, Starr & Frost. Look
