Los Siete Misterios Pechuga Mezcal Vinaceous enjoy Bitter de Chambery chilledA rich, full bodied Pechuga from Los Siete Misterios that is made in small batches in Santiago Matatlan. This Pechuga is triple distilled, but before the third distillation a blend of fruit and spices is added to the still and a raw chicken breast is suspended in the still. This process adds layers of rich, fruity flavours and aromatic, herbal smoke.
