Nose: Complex notes of ripe fruit entwine with the more savoury black olive, and cedar characters. Palate: The velvety palate is elegant, well structured and medium bodied with blackcurrant, mulberry and cassis seamlessly woven with French oak and supple tannins that linger on the finish. 2016 Tasting Notes: Cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc &
