A combination of Chardonnay clones hand picked and pressed directly into both old French oak puncheons and clay amphora. Very good now, this wine will evolve over the next five years. It pairs well with mild, buttery, creamy dishes. Meaty fish, shellfish, seafood risotto or paella with plenty of herbs. Bruised green
